Open it from Theme settings (the gear icon at the top left of the editor) → Search.

Setting	Description
Enable live search suggestions	As the customer types in the search drawer, matching products appear right away, with collections, articles and pages if you turn those on. The arrow keys move through them. Turn it off and the search drawer is a plain search box that opens the search page.
